I'm writing today to share 2 new recipes with you that I just tried and absolutely LOVED!!!
Just a reminder, I am NOT a great cook nor do I absolutely love cooking, but I do enjoy feeding my family healthy meals and finding new easy recipes to add to my repertoire.
Monday night I made Lemon Butter Chicken with Parmesan Roasted Tomatoes that left my mouth watering for more. My husband even said " I want you to make this again!".
Once again, I can't take an ounce of credit for this meal because both recipes I used came from
Pinterest.
My provisions..
-I didn't pound the chicken out, instead I cut the breasts horizontally into small slivers using a very sharp knife. (less mess!)
-I used the no salt lemon pepper chicken seasoning by (Target brand)
This Lemon Butter Chicken was SO good my mouth is salivating thinking about those cooked lemons!
Each night, I try to always serve a vegetable as a side. So while the chicken was cooking I threw some tomatoes and parmesan cheese in the oven following
this recipe to make Parmesan Roasted Tomatoes. I know what some of you are thinking, a tomato is a fruit not a vegetable, and you are right! Tomatoes are fruits!
